Job Title: Chartered Accountant
Experience Required: 10–15+ Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant / Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and team leadership, with a proven track record of handling complex accounting functions in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Lead budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies
Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders
Support senior management with financial insights and strategic decision-making

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
10–15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in managing large-scale financial operations
Exposure to multi-entity or international accounting environments
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
