Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall finance and accounting operations of the company.
Manage and supervise the accounting team.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage budgeting, cash flow, financial planning, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other financial regulations.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
Manage internal and external audits.
Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, landed costs, and cost of goods sold.
Control company expenses, payments, and financial transactions.
Monitor customer outstanding balances, supplier payments, and working capital.
Prepare financial analysis and management reports.
Implement effective financial controls and improve accounting procedures.
Handle import/export accounting and foreign currency transactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Minimum 10 + years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
Proven experience managing an accounting team.
Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
Previous experience in trading, distribution, or automotive spare parts is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills.
