Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Administrator to manage and support the company’s complete IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s complete IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, printers, CCTV and related systems.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions and system access.
- Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls and network security.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, email accounts and related applications.
- Monitor and maintain data backup, antivirus, security and recovery systems.
- Manage IT assets, software installations, updates and inventory.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers and AMC companies when required.
- Support ERP/business applications, with SAP Business One experience preferred.
- Ensure smooth IT operations across office and warehouse locations.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including system access and equipment allocation.
- Maintain IT documentation, licenses and records.
- Respond quickly to IT issues and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant IT experience.
- Previous experience working with an IT AMC / Managed IT Services company is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day IT requirements with minimal supervision.
- Experience in supporting a trading, warehouse or automotive environment will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Profile:
A hands-on, all-round IT professional who can independently manage the company’s complete IT requirements and is comfortable handling both office and warehouse IT support.
