Urgently required for a reputed automobile spare parts trading company dealing in European trucks and trailer parts based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, an International Parts Salesman ( Export ), should be fluent in English and have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the sale of automobile spare parts.
Responsibilities:
- Source and procure European automotive spare parts from approved suppliers.
- Process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and monitor stock availability.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving parts and recommend stock adjustments.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Verify part numbers using electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and manufacturer databases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Handle warranty claims, returns, and defective parts according to company policies.
- Prepare purchase orders, sales reports, inventory reports, and forecasting data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and import/export regulations where applicable.
- Support the sales team with technical product information and parts identification.
