Urgently required for an reputed automobile spare parts trading company based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, male Salesman for selling automobile spare parts locally and internationally. Should be well experienced in selling of European automotive spare parts .
His responsibilities as follows:
- Source and procure European automotive spare parts from approved suppliers.
- Process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and monitor stock availability.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving parts and recommend stock adjustments.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Verify part numbers using electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and manufacturer databases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Handle warranty claims, returns, and defective parts according to company policies.
- Prepare purchase orders, sales reports, inventory reports, and forecasting data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and import/export regulations where applicable.
- Support the sales team with technical product information and parts identification.
