We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Coordinator to oversee daily administrative operations and manage end-to-end HR coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE HR processes, excellent documentation skills, and hands-on experience with Dubai government portals. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, salary certificates, experience letters, and other employee correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical appointments, and labor-related documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR reporting.
- Manage company administrative functions, including office documentation and record management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
- Liaise with government departments, service providers, and external agencies as required.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data and records.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administration within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling end-to-end HR processes independently.
- Hands-on experience with Dubai government portals.
- Excellent documentation, drafting, and record management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
