Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager

(European Truck & Trailer Spare Parts Experience is Mandatory)

DFT Auto Parts is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager with a strong background in European truck and trailer spare parts. The ideal candidate must currently be working in the same industry and have a proven track record in aftermarket spare parts sales.

Candidates with international business development experience, particularly within African markets, will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand sales of European truck and trailer spare parts.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
Travel internationally to develop and support customers, particularly in African markets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain strong product knowledge and provide technical support to customers when required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in automotive aftermarket spare parts sales.
European truck and trailer spare parts experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of aftermarket spare parts and industry applications.
Proven international travel experience, preferably within African markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of the UAE automotive spare parts market will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
