We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient inventory control, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing workflow to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management through regular audits and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse personnel to improve productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to streamline operations.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, KPIs, and inventory status.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software.
- Good communication skills.
