We are seeking an experienced ADMIN MANAGER to oversee daily administrative operations and manage end-to-end HR coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE HR processes, excellent documentation skills, and hands-on experience with Dubai government portals. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, salary certificates, experience letters, and other employee correspondence.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical appointments, and labor-related documentation.
Handle attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR reporting.
Manage company administrative functions, including office documentation and record management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
Liaise with government departments, service providers, and external agencies as required.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data and records.
Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in HR and Administration within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
Experience handling end-to-end HR processes independently.
Hands-on experience with Dubai government portals.
Excellent documentation, drafting, and record management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
